Injury Rehabilitation:
Whether you're recovering from a recent injury or surgery, we help restore function and mobility, guiding you through every stage of your recovery. We work with you to regain strength, flexibility, and mobility, helping you return to your daily activities or sport.
Pain Management:
We work with you to address and reduce both acute and chronic pain using evidence-based techniques to improve your quality of life. We understand that pain is a complex experience and our one on one care approach provides us with the time to listen to your story and develop a plan that not only treats your symptoms but also addresses the root cause of your pain. We aim to provide long lasting relief and improve your overall quality of life.
Manual Therapy: We use hands-on techniques including joint mobilization, soft tissue release, Graston and myofascial techniques, designed to reduce pain, increase mobility, and improve function.

Performance Programs
Our program is designed to empower athletes and active individuals who are serious about enhancing their skills, strength, and overall health. We create personalized plans that may include sport-specific physical therapy or focused fitness training, with interventions tailored to the unique demands of each sport. Build strength, agility, power, and resilience specific to your needs—including Golf Performance Program, Pickleball Performance Program, fitness coaching, and more.
Injury Prevention Screening
The FMS and Y balance test provide us with an opportunity to assess functional movement patterns, flexibility, strength and balance in an objective manner. They can be beneficial in identifying movement deficiencies, potential injury risks and areas for improvement in physical performance.
The data gathered from the FMS and Y balance test can be inputted to an algorithm in order to calculate injury risk. These metrics are compared against a large database of norms and injury predictors to generate a personalized risk score.
This algorithm categorizes individuals into risk groups (low, moderate, high) and provides actionable recommendations. For example, an athlete with a high-risk score may be advised to focus on specific corrective exercises or additional assessments before returning to their sport.
This is available individually or can be booked for team screening in the offseason.
